So the Christmas break continues...and I am deep in it. I really have to think about what day of the week it is and when it is that everyone goes back to school and back to work and back to reality...but that is not today. Today we are going to stay deep in vacation bliss. Amen.
We may be going up to Mt. Hood to go sledding...however, there is snow mixed with rain outside right now...so maybe we will sled down the driveway instead. I am feeling a bad case of stay-at-homeitis...I tend to be a big-time homebody and some days are worse than others. Today seems like a good day to bake and sew and nest and watch movies and make cookie platters to share with friends and of course, fold warm towels from the dryer..(just a bit of reality, but at least it is a warm reality).
Gus, our 12 1/2 year old beagle, is a stay-at-home kind of hound dog as well. However, if we do venture up to the snow covered hills, he will surely want to tag along for sure....now where did I put his snow overalls?!?
